This notice describes how the 9K Club finalist workspace uses the information you provide for the 2026 Final Pitch Competition.
What you share
The workspace collects company details, team members and presenter selections, contact names, email addresses and phone numbers, photos, and pitch deck files or links. Only provide materials you have permission to share, and let your team members know that you are submitting their information.
Signing in
Email sign-in verifies your address with a one-time code. If you choose Google sign-in, the workspace receives your verified email address, Google account identifier and basic profile name. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or contacts. Necessary session cookies keep you signed in.
How we use it
The 9K Club organizing team uses these materials to coordinate finalist participation, prepare the pitch schedule, review decks and contact your team. Decks and contact information are accessible through the authorized workspace and organizer portal. If you previously received a private edit link, that link also grants access; keep it private.
Photos and public profiles
The form includes a separate permission choice for using supplied photos, names and company introductions on the 9K Club website and social media. Uploading a pitch deck does not make that deck public. External deck links keep the sharing permissions you set with their hosting service.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, database and private file storage. Resend delivers sign-in codes and processes the recipient email address and email content. Google processes Google sign-in when you choose that option. These providers also handle the technical information needed to operate their services.
Updates and requests
Sign in to update your company and contact information. Deck updates are subject to the deadlines shown in the workspace. To request removal of submitted information or photos, or help with account access, contact the organizing team through the 9K Club contact form and identify your company and account email. Records are not automatically deleted when the competition ends.
